Before arrival in the Republic of Belarus, it is necessary to:
- Sign the contract for training
- Make the tuition payment in accordance with the terms of the contract for training and send a financial document confirming payment of tuition
- Send copy of the arrival ticket to the Republic of Belarus
Upon arrival in the Republic of Belarus, a foreign citizen must:
1. Provide the following documents to the educational institution within 3 days:
- Application form (to be completed at the educational institution)
- Document on education with indication of studied subjects and marks (points) received on them.
- Passport with a visa valid for the period of training. The passport should be valid for at least 90 days after your planned departure from the Republic of Belarus.
- 4 photographs (size 3 x 4 cm)
- Birth certificate (for minors)
- Medical certificate of health issued by the official health care organization of the country the candidate is coming from to study. The medical certificate is valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of issue.
- Medical certificate confirming a HIV-negative status. The medical certificate is valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of issue.

- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate/Document or a PCR test
- Return air ticket with an open departure date from the Republic of Belarus (when studying on professional courses, advanced training, internships)
- An open departure date return airline ticket from the Republic of Belarus (for vocational courses, advanced training, internships)
2. Sign the agreement for accommodation and pay for accommodation in the dormitory (to be completed at the educational institution).

4. Pass medical examination and provide medical certificate of health issued by the territorial health care organization of the Republic of Belarus.
Obligatory expenses of a foreign citizen coming for training in the Republic of Belarus
- Temporary registration for up to 3 months stay in the Republic of Belarus – approx. 13 USD
- Temporary registration exceeding 3 months stay in the Republic of Belarus – approx. 37 USD
- Obligatory medical insurance: 30-31 days – 37 USD; 90-110 days – 105 USD; 1 year – 200 USD
Obligatory medical examination referred by the educational institution:
For more than 3 months period of training
– for men – approx. 100 USD
– for women – approx. 105 USD
For up to 3 months of training – approx. 18 USD

Payment is made upon arrival in Belarus in Belarusian rubles at the exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the date of payment.
